MC Strategies has specialized in educational programs specifically designed for the healthcare industry for over 17 years. Our WebInservice online training division currently provides Web-based training solutions for over 1,300 healthcare facilities nationwide. Through the online training platform, the WebInservice Knowledge Deployment System, we are able to offer clients the ability to train key staff in specific departments or the entire organization.
Over the past several years, MC Strategies has worked hard to provide clients with training programs specifically designed for nursing professionals. We now offer several training programs for this particular profession and are constantly expanding offerings to meet the needs of clients and the nursing profession.
Clinical Nursing curricula are developed by Medcom, a producer and distributor of award-winning multimedia healthcare education. These include
* Clinical Nursing-Medical: A practical training program offering both overviews and specific subject content for nursing, including legal considerations, management skills, and clinical lessons organized by key subject matter (e.g., assessment, cardiac care, geriatrics, infection control, obstetrics and gynecology, medication, psychiatric, wound care).
* Clinical Nursing-Surgical: Authored by Stanford University, this curriculum consists of management training and surgical procedures with practical applications to the operating room environment. All key content areas are organized and grouped by anatomy.
The Nursing Assistant curriculum, developed by Delmar, provides comprehensive coverage of the theory and skills required for nursing assistants working in acute, long-term, and home healthcare settings. It includes over 143 step-by-step procedures that emphasize patient rights, safety, and infection control.
All nursing curricula are approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center for continuing education credit and can also be used for cross-training. From entry- to high-level nursing professionals, we offer a broad range of nursing training that covers pertinent theories and skills.
