Abstract
Dyad testing, also called paired testing, is defined as 2 students taking an examination together. The author offered dyad testing to senior-year baccalaureate students in a leadership and management course for the midterm exam in a multiple-choice format and the final exam in a short-answer format. The author discusses the benefits and drawbacks of dyad testing.
