Abstract
Healthcare organizations are undergoing massive change fueled by competition, mergers, and new rules. Leaders are expected to chart a clear, straight course and mobilize energies toward the organizational goals. However, with diverse pressures in the middle of a constantly moving organizational landscape, leaders are challenged with how to implement important corporate change effectively. Lessons learned from a master juggler can instruct leaders on how to keep several balls in the air while nurturing and sustaining cultural change.
