Abstract
This article provides a discussion regarding best education practices in the virtual environment. The article begins with a brief definition of learning and overview of guiding principles that serve as the basis for best practices for learning with the benefit of technology. This is followed by a discussion regarding learning with the benefit of technology, instructional design principles for the online setting, technology standards, and best practices for learning with the benefit of technology.
