This issue of the Journal introduces 2 new topics. Barry Greene, one of our Associate Editors, introduces a series of articles on the important topic of changes in ambulatory care 10 years after the Quality Chasm. Michelle Prosser from the National Association of Community Health Centers introduces a rolling series of articles this year, the 45th anniversary of the Community Health Center movement. Her introduction is accompanied by an article by Robinson et al on aspects of efficiency in community health centers. Immediately following the article by Robinson, Patel and colleagues provide a research update on aspects of a critical community health initiative-the REACH 2010 initiative based in Nashville, Tennessee.
