Abstract
ABSTRACT: Volunteers are critical to nonprofit organizations such as the Dermatology Nurses' Association (DNA). Understanding why members volunteer and what makes the experience mutually beneficial is important in establishing an effective volunteer program. The DNA is developing an effective volunteer program to meet the needs of both DNA members and the DNA.
