We will discuss our medical mission to Peru where we performed endoscopic procedures including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). We also trained the local gastroenterologists and nurses on all procedures and use of donated equipment. Nurses and technicians were trained on proper care and cleaning of endoscopes. All medical supplies were donated and left in Peru.
