This session will review the pearls and perils of a new endoscopy nurse manager. Topics discussed will include patient and employee satisfaction, how to "raise the bar," ensuring patient safety and quality, and maximizing productivity to stay competitive in today's market. Also discussed will be "managing up," finding a mentor, and maintaining your passion for nursing. Attendees will leave with tools and ideas to implement in their own units, enabled to increase efficiency and be a more productive and satisfied manager.
