This presentation will use both humor and sadness as real-life stories are used to reveal the daily activities of an endoscopy nurse manager. It will discuss what is rewarding to the manager and the employee and what is challenging. It will review what the staff like in a manager as well as reflection on decisions of the manager the staff may not be understand.
