With the aging of the "Baby Boomers" workers and the arrival of the Generations X and Y recruits, a new workforce has emerged. Managers are challenged to provide leadership that will encourage these distinctly different groups to work as one. This session will help identify characteristics of three unique age groups, and how to develop plans for coaching and mentoring to ensure that all three groups work together and have their professional growth needs met. Examples and helpful hints will be included in this presentation.

The diversity of these topics certainly reflects the richness and breadth of our specialty.
