I'm concerned about the cover image for your article about nurse/physician relationships and how they've changed over the years. The physician was presented as an older white man and the nurse as a young woman. That image certainly doesn't represent the people I interact with. You could have served your readers so much better by presenting a young Indian woman physician with an older black nurse. Or an older Iranian physician with a middle-aged Filipino nurse. Or any of many other mixes that would more accurately represent today's version of the nurse/physician relationship. I'm disappointed in your lack of vision and support for the diversity of nurses in the workforce today.
