I love that you placed Dr. Fauci on the cover of AJN. I was at first surprised, but then I thought about his impact on our collective health and decided "why not?" Nursing is about relationships as much as it's about caring. I am sure that the nurses he has worked with over the years can tell stories of collaboration with him that could be part of a documentary.

More importantly, AJN needs to show the younger generation that this collaboration needs to be the norm, not in the abstract but in practice.
