INAMED Academy supports ASPSN's belief that: "Next to every board certified plastic surgeon should be a board certified plastic surgical nurse." Assisting ASPSN in its campaign to encourage nurses to become certified, INAMED Academy has generously awarded ASPSN with a pledge of 10 certification grants. The INAMED Academy sponsored grants, which will cover the cost of taking the exam, will be presented to recipients at the ASPSN National Convention in San Francisco. Grants may be used anytime during the year following award presentation. Recipients sitting for the exam during the National Convention, prior to award presentation, will receive a reimbursement check.
To qualify for an INAMED Academy sponsored certification grant, the applicant must:
1. Be a registered nurse holding a current license.
2. Be a member in good standing of ASPSN.
3. Qualify to sit for the exam by meeting all requirements set forth by PSNCB.
4. Submit a completed application form, to the National Office, by the deadline set on the application.
