Dubbed the "forgotten" or "lonely" cancer, sarcoma is a rare cancer of the bones and soft tissues that can affect children and adults. About 60% of sarcomas are found as localized, 18% are found in a locally advanced stage, and 15% are found in a metastatic stage. The survival rate for each is approximately, 81%, 56%, and 16%, respectively.1 Share these resources in observance of Sarcoma Awareness Month this July.
