We'd like to take this time to thank you for your competence and compassion, your grit and sense of humor, your passion and moral courage, and above all, your dedication to the profession and those you serve.
The past two years have brought new challenges and compounded existing problems, yet you've persisted and excelled through adversity. We know that many nurses have left the profession during this "Great Resignation" period, and we'd like to honor all those who are part of the "Great Dedication"... the nurses who've stayed.
During the next couple months, Nursing Management will be shining the spotlight on nurses who are part of this Great Dedication, so keep an eye on our website, social media pages, and print journal for new content.
