Chlorascrub(TM) Achieves FDA Approval
Professional Disposables International's (PDI) Chlorascrub(TM), a new chlorhexidine gluconate-based (CHG) product, has recently received approval from the Food and Drug Administration. Chlorascrub features 3.15% Chlorhexidine Gluconate and 70% isopropyl alcohol, and it may be used for a variety of antiseptic skin preparation needs such as peripheral catheters, blood cultures, and minor surgical procedures.
