I am a student at Bellin College of Nursing in Green Bay, WI. I have recently read your editorial in MCN (vol 30, no 5, Sept 2005) and loved it!! This is my first class in nursing and we are currently discussing the image of nursing and how it coincides with what brought us to the profession and how people view nurses. Your editorial has fueled my interest in the professional image of nurses and helped me to think about what images we should be portraying to the public through our everyday work - beginning with clinicals!!

I will be sharing the nursing advocacy website with my class. I am sure that the professor as well as my fellow students will find the site interesting and useful. I know that you are probably very busy but want to thank you for your time in reading this.
