Hui-Wen (Alina) Sato's blog post "How I Would Prepare My Child to Become a Nurse" (https://wp.me/p7sy0l-7Ws) was beautifully written and deeply felt. As a nurse who left nursing over burnout, I wish I had heeded much of the author's advice before it was too late. My compassion had no boundaries nor the self-preserving limits of which she speaks so wisely. Excellent, thought-provoking essay.
