I just finished reading the article by McCarter-Spaulding entitled Medications in Pregnancy and Lactation, published in MCN (Jan/Feb 2005). Congratulations!! I have rarely seen such a well-documented and up-to-date article on this subject. Be sure that I will use it in my classes and with my colleagues. It is well written, well documented, and so needed as a reference for nurses. Thank you for having taken the time to share your knowledge with us.
