In the May/June 2020 issue of Journal for Healthcare Quality, in the article by Ngo-Metzger et al., "Implementation of Evidence-Based Recommendations for Preventive Services in the Veterans Health Administration,"1 the first author's name was listed as "Quyen A. Ngo-Metzger" and the eighth author was listed as "Julia Doherty." Their names should have been listed as "Quyen Ngo-Metzger" and "Julia A. Doherty," respectively.

The publisher apologizes for the error.
