Article Content

The Practice Points column that appeared in the March issue was incorrectly referenced; the article was a reprint of a previously published column: Hess CT. Clinical Order Sets: Defining Laboratory Tests for Pressure Ulcers. Adv Skin Wound Care 2015;28(4):192.

Further, the column incorrectly identified albumin and prealbumin as indicators of nutrition status. There are currently no laboratory tests that are sensitive indicators of nutrition status.
