Last fall we initiated a peer review mentoring plan in the interest of promoting the entry of new peer reviewers for scholarly publication in nursing, and to more fully enact our dedication to diversity and inclusion in the publishing process. We support the goal of greater diversity and inclusion in nursing in general, and are eager to have this reflected in the pages of our professional journals!
