11TH ANNUAL AMERICAN NURSING INFORMATICS ASSOCIATION SPRING CONFERENCE MAY 21-22 2004, HYATT REGENCY, NEW ORLEANS
ANIA's mission is to provide networking, education, and information resources that enrich and strengthen the roles of nurses in the field of informatics. Through our annual conference we provide a forum for the advancement of nursing and nursing professionals in informatics, plus offer an opportunity to meet with peers and colleagues.
The 2004 American Nursing Informatics Association (ANIA) Conference Planning Committee invites you to submit abstracts for oral and visual presentations for the 2004 Conference.
Abstracts must pertain to the theme of the conference and submissions must be received no later than February 13, 2004. Please read the instructions carefully.

Abstract Submission Instructions
* All abstract submissions must be received no later than February 13, 2004.
* When the abstract is completed:
- Name the file "ANIA Abstract-Your Last Name"
- E-mail the completed application to: [email protected]
- Mark the subject of the e-mail-ANIA Abstract and Your Last Name
* Selected presenters will be notified by March 12, 2004. You will be notified by e-mail, so please ensure that it is correct.
* The selected presenters will be sent detailed information regarding the presentation guidelines.
* Each presentation may be presented twice-during the morning and afternoon period.
* In recognition of your contribution as a presenter at the 2004 ANIA National Conference, you will receive a complimentary registration for the conference. Only one complimentary registration will be awarded per presenter.
* Poster presenters will receive a half-price registration.
* Presenters will be responsible for all travel, meals, and lodging expenses that may incur.

* Please limit your abstract to 75 words or less, and indicate if it is being submitted as a presentation or poster. Include your name, mailing address, telephone number(s), present position/title, present employer, educational background, and certifications.
