Many of you read the article published in December's issue of Home Healthcare Nurse, "Agency Characteristics Most Valued by Home Care Nurses: Findings of a Nationwide Survey," by Dr. Linda Flynn, Rutgers College of Nursing. Findings from this study can be used by home care agencies to help create an environment that attracts and retains nurses.

Now, it is time for the next phase of this research and YOUR HELP IS NEEDED!!!

Please take a few minutes to respond to the online survey created by Dr. Flynn. It asks you to indicate the degree to which agency traits that have been linked to "magnetism" in other settings are present in your workplace!
