Abstract

Abstract: Fever management interventions are commonly administered to patients with infection and sepsis by ICU clinicians. The risks and benefits of fever suppression in this subpopulation of critically ill patients are topics of recent clinical discourse. Recent evidence related to the impact of fever suppression interventions warrants review by critical care nurses.
