The first International Society on Early Intervention (ISEI) Congress will be held in Rome, Italy, September 17-20, 2003, and we welcome your participation. This Congress is being organized in conjunction with the Fourth European Congress on Mental Health and Mental Retardation, and will take place at the Hotel Domus Mariae which is located only a few minutes from St. Peters Basilica. The hotel itself is quite elegant with spacious gardens and an outstanding conference facility.

The ISEI Congress will include symposia and posters on important topics of interest to early intervention professionals throughout the world. Various social events and opportunities to promote collaborations will be part of this exciting conference.
