In the editorial, titled "The Specialty of Emergency Nurse Practitioner Practice" that appeared in the October-December (39.4) issue of Advanced Emergency Nursing Journal (Hoyt, Evans, Ramirez, & Wilbeck, 2017), AANPCB was incorrectly referred as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board in two places. It should have read the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. We apologize for this error.
