THE BEST IN SCIENCE AND HEALTH COME TOGETHER AT ASN'S NEW SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS AND ANNUAL MEETING
Mark your calendar for June 9-12, 2018, in Boston for Nutrition 2018, an all-new immersive education and networking experience from the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) for researchers, clinicians, public health professionals, and others interested in the advancement and application of nutrition science.
In 2014, the ASN board of directors approved the development of a stand-alone scientific sessions and annual meeting. With input from more than 1000 members, a volunteer transition team began preparing for the global meeting that combines the highly respected Scientific Sessions with Advances and Controversies in Clinical Nutrition. This vital new meeting will better address the needs of ASN members and attendees, bring greater visibility to the field and advance the organization's mission, and generate revenue to fund its strategic priorities.
Nutrition 2018 will do that, and more.
Nutrition 2018 will offer
* The greatest minds in nutrition science: be inspired by and learn from the most influential leaders.
* Research-based education: discover the best and latest science selected for presentation through a comprehensive review process.
* A flexible, customizable format: choose the sessions that matter most to you.
* Interactive exhibits: learn and play in a whole new way with hands-on displays.
* New technology: use the latest technologies offered at the event to help you learn and network smarter and better.
* Better opportunities for networking in a friendly and fun setting: make new friends and connections in an environment you do not get at any other event.
"Nutrition 2018 is where the best in science and health meet. It will deliver what our members and the broader nutrition community have asked for, including relevant topics, the latest in science and research, balanced objective programming, multidisciplinary appeal, and diversity," said ASN President Mary Ann Johnson, PhD. Working together, we will advance our knowledge and application of nutrition science for researchers, practitioners, educators, and policy makers."
