Abstract
This article is one in a series on the roles of adjunct clinical faculty and preceptors, who teach nursing students and new graduates to apply knowledge in clinical settings. In this article, the author discusses ways to promote learning among adjunct clinical faculty as well as strategies for creating closer connections between these teachers and the schools of nursing that employ them.
