Abstract
The authors describe how the Visiting Nurse Service of New York developed an interdisciplinary wound resource team, based on the need to integrate new wound care research and products and prepare for PPS. Outlining the change process, the reader can learn the dynamics, benefits, and outcomes of effective team collaboration that could be replicated in any agency.
