Abstract
Treatment with neuromodulators is the most common nonsurgical cosmetic procedure globally and on the increase. However, there are times when a cosmetic treatment crosses over into a medical treatment. When we take the time to make a proper assessment and create a comprehensive treatment plan, we ensure we are providing best practices that result in the best outcome for our patients. This case presentation demonstrates that sometimes the patient seeking treatment of a certain complaint may have a much larger issue(s) to address first.
