Abstract
A long-term, consistent 86-year-old Pilates participant suffered an injury-inducing fall while on vacation and returned to full function and all former activities after a very short outpatient rehabilitation period. Lifestyle factors, including her Pilates participation, are believed to have potentially played a role in her positive experience postfall.
