WRITE ABOUT A MIRACLE
Have you seen God's divine intervention, or a miracle, in your nursing, perhaps in the life of a patient or colleague? We will be publishing a collection of vignettes from nurses, of God's answers to prayer in miraculous situations. Let your stories be an encouragement to JCN readers. Please share your short story in 700 words or less. See guidelines for how to submit to JCN's Editorial Manager: http://edmgr.ovid.com/ncf-jcn/accounts/ifauth.htm
WHAT IS OPEN ACCESS PUBLISHING?
The Journal of Christian Nursing offers an Open Access option for publishing articles. Open Access gives all readers, including those who do not subscribe to JCN, free, full-text access to an article on our website at the time of publication. Articles still go through the regular peer-review process. However, if accepted, authors can elect to have their article published as Open Access, complete a separate permission form, and pay an Article Processing Fee. The fee covers the cost of preparing and publishing the article. Institutions or research grants typically pay this fee.
Please note that Open Access is not required for publication in JCN; this is simply a publishing option to make your article open to all. More information can be found in the Open Access FAQs at http://links.lww.com/LWW-ES/A48
