The Journal of Nursing Administration (JONA) is reported as the most common source for nursing leaders in both practice and leadership. In 2014, JONA was accessed in more than 142 countries, had more than 680 000 page views, and greater than 477 000 article views on our Web site (http://www.jonajournal.com). JONA is well respected among social science literature and has a 2014 impact factor of 1.273. The success of JONA is directly a result of the high-level, nursing, and research expertise of our peer reviewers and Editorial Board members. This column is an opportunity for me to sincerely thank those reviewers for their time, caring, talent, and commitment to nursing scholarship and administrative practice through their work with JONA. We received more than 400 manuscript submissions in 2015 and maintain an acceptance rate of 15%. Our publishing standards are high, but our standards for peer reviewers surpass those. I am blessed to have a panel of colleagues who assist me during the year in executing the work of the journal. Thanks to each reviewer listed below and best wishes for a happy and health 2016. I look forward to continuing to be the source of evidence for nursing leaders from Magnet(R) organizations and others as we each work to improve care and promote excellence.
