Networking with other facilities creates a shared vision of excellence and can create an innovative way of sharing new ideas to improve patient care.

It's easy to lose focus on the journey to achieving or maintaining Magnet status, and I would be interested in learning how these organizations remained positive and focused. For instance, 30-day readmission rates are a struggle for most organizations, and it would be interesting to learn how Magnet hospitals are working to improve these rates.
