Abstract
ABSTRACT: Faith community nurses can provide better services by understanding the needs of the faith community. A basic survey can provide desired information in a timely manner; however, surveying the community may seem like a daunting task. This article offers tips for creating and distributing a survey to assess perceived needs of the faith community in order to develop appropriate health ministry.
