Abstract
Many multisite studies in practice settings focus on improving processes of care, adopting evidence-based practices, and improving patient outcomes. While specific research questions may be the focus, it is the implementation issues and strategies that reveal how individuals and organizations are profoundly transformed. Utilizing voluntary testimonies and conversations with participating nurses, the benefits of involvement in a multisite study extend beyond meeting Magnet(R) research requirements.
