Abstract
This qualitative descriptive study examined home nursing care of technology-dependent children from the perspective of experienced and successful nurses. Analysis of the data revealed five components of ideal home nursing care: (a) respect, (b) skills, (c) maintenance of professional boundaries, (d) caring, and (e) reflections.
