Abstract
An Expert Working Group Meeting composed of the following experts covering diversified fields of expertise such as kinesiology and nutrition, public health, pediatrics, community nutrition, obesity/type 2 diabetes and metabolic diseases: L.E. Armstrong, S. Barquera, J-F. Duhamel, R. Hardinsyah, D. Haslam, and M. Lafontan, was commissioned by the Hydration for Health Initiative from Danone to perform an expertise of the major recent studies on hydration-related questions and to propose recommendations for healthy hydration. A full review article was written and will be published in the near future in Clinical Obesity journal in 2013; major conclusions of this review paper are summarized here.
