Abstract
Offering nurses a framework for discussing-and resolving- incidents of lateral violence.
This is the second article in a series on leadership, coordinated by the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), highlighting how nurses are leading change efforts in hospitals. It describes work done in conjunction with the AONE's Care Innovation and Transformation initiative, which provides leadership development and educational opportunities to nurse managers and staff aimed at supporting nurses at the point of care in making changes to improve the quality and safety of patient care.
