We express our appreciation to you both for pointing out the fact that our article contained information that was not up to date and not accurate. We developed our manuscript, using current literature from August through September 2011, and we submitted it for publication on October 1, 2011. Recommended revisions were returned to us, and we submitted the revision on April 8, 2012. The manuscript was officially accepted for publication on June 15, 2012, and printed in the September/October 2012 issue.

We acknowledge the fact that much of the information in the literature, pertaining to the AJRR, changed during the previously mentioned time frame. Please accept our sincere apologies for not contacting the AJRR staff or board members directly to confirm our statements before submitting our manuscript for publication, and during the revision process.
