The authors wish to correct 3 errors in their article that appears on pages 428-433 in the October 2011 issue of The Journal of Nursing Administration:

1. In Table 1, the mean (SD) bed size for non-Magnet study hospitals is 263.57 (195.44).

2. In Table 2, the bed sizes for Magnet and non-Magnet hospitals were transposed.

3. In the Results section, it should read that Magnet hospitals have a "larger" average number of beds than non-Magnet hospitals rather than a "smaller"number.
