I'm a nursing student who's worked in the financial industry for the past 12 years. Finding an employer who shares my philosophy and provides adequate support to staff is very important to me. When I graduate and begin my search for employment, I will keep this article in mind as I learn about each hospital's mission statement and core values and how these relate to my personal beliefs.
