The Ultra-Pro II utilizes a 2-part system consisting of a custom reusable biopsy bracket and a disposable snap-on needle guide. The single-use design of the needle guide reduces the risk of cross-contamination. Together, these tools offer physicians reduced technique variability, a shorter learning curve, and reduced procedure time. The Ultra-Pro II needle guidance system is designed to increase the productivity of ultrasound-guided procedures including tissue biopsy, fluid aspirations, catheter placement, and regional anesthesia. In addition, multiangle brackets offer professionals several needle paths to reach the targeted anatomy during puncture procedures.
