As an artist and an RN of 31 years, I found the illustration on the cover of the March issue to be neither appealing nor appropriate. It was also hopelessly sexist, and a put-down for victims of AIDS.
The cover made me immediately examine the inside of the journal, to see if it had also changed radically for the worse. I was pleased to find that it hadn't. The articles were informative, to the point, and valuable.
