Abstract
PPS calls for every employee to work efficiently together to assure success. This article outlines the various ways social work services can be used to benefit patient care and agency financial and organizational goals. It is a "must read" for clinicians, managers, and administrators to learn more about how social workers can play an increasingly important role in all aspects of the organization.
