Indiana CE Requirements for License Renewal
As an advanced practice nurse in the state of Indiana, you are required to earn continuing education to renew your active APN license. All of our CE activities are accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Renewal Requirements
Advanced Practice Nurses with Prescriptive Authority
- Every two years
- 30 hours of continuing education related to your area of practice with least 8 hours in pharmacology
- 2 hours opioid prescribing and opioid abuse (can be part of 8 CH in pharm) for APRN with Controlled Substances Registration (CSR)
