A variety of biologic agents for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are quickly hitting the market. With these new technologies, we must be prepared within our clinical settings to safely and effectively care for patients receiving them. This session will introduce you to these agents, explain why they are successful in the treatment of IBD, and describe how they can be safely and effectively administered.
