MSAA offers support services, educational programs led by top healthcare professionals, and resources, including webinars and publications, particularly MSAA's magazine, The Motivator. Its MRI Access Program helps those who are financially unable to pay for an MRI for MS diagnosis and evaluation. MSAA fosters an online MS community with its online peer-to-peer forum and toll-free helpline. Finally, its Shared-Management tools and mobile phone app, My MS Manager(TM), help MS patients understand treatment options and track their disease activity.

National Multiple Sclerosis Society (National MS Society)

The National MS Society aims to create a world free of MS by improving access to specialized care, advocating for people affected by MS, promoting a supportive MS network, and advancing the development of MS treatment. Its online portal connects people with MS with resources to comprehensive care, local specialists, and resources for rehabilitation, as well as complementary and alternative medicines. It organizes an annual Walk MS(R), the MS Activist Network, and other volunteer and advocacy opportunities.

It educates Black women with MS and those impacted by healthcare disparities through initiatives that promote diversity in clinical trials and self-advocacy among people with MS. Its programs aim to increase Black women's visibility in and access to patient care, research, and MS education.
