The International Home Care Nurses Organization (IHCNO) is a nonprofit organization. Board members include experienced, home care professionals from around the world who volunteer their time and expertise to promote the mission of IHCNO.
Fong Yoke Hiong, MSC, RN is the Assistant Director, Nursing of Hua Mei Centre for Successful Ageing, a Tsao Foundation initiative in Singapore. She is a long-standing IHCNO supporter and current Vice President. Fong oversees the professional development of the Tsao Foundation's team of nurses. She trained in Nursing Elderly People at the Oxford School of Nursing and Ophthalmic Nursing, Wolverhampton Eye Infirmary, both in the United Kingdom. Fong holds a Master in Gerontology from King's College, London, and a graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Adelaide, Australia. Fong is a course leader for Specialist diploma in Community Gerontological Nursing and served with the Ministry of Health working committee on Community Nursing Competency Framework and skill standard framework for support workers in Singapore. She is the nurse trainer with the Asia Development Bank on special projects and of Hua Mei Training Academy.
Ralueke Ekezie, RN, RON is an entrepreneur and CEO of Blue Torch Home Care Limited, the first Registered Home Care agency in Nigeria. He is also founder and President of African Nurses and Midwives Network, has organized training workshops, International Nurse Day programs with hospitals, and a radio programme across two regions in Nigeria, training over 2,000 nurses in clinical research. Ralueke was an alternate in the 2015 Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, a Social Enterprise Fellow with Circle of Health International, a Maternal Health Ambassador with Motherhood Around the Globe, Nigerian consultant to the World Continuing Education Alliance overseeing the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and the Nigerian Medical Association projects. He has won numerous awards and is a Commonwealth Scholar pursuing his Master's Degree in Dementia Studies at the University of Stirling, United Kingdom.
Julie Green, PhD, MSc, BSc (Hons), PGCert, RGN, Bed, SFHEA, Queen's Nurse, is head of the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Keele University, United Kingdom. Julie earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Primary Care with a study on person-centered care for people with chronic wounds, and has maintained a clinical interest in wound care along with her academic responsibilities. Julie earned many awards, grants, and serves with many panels. She is Chair of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) District and Community Nursing Forum with over 6,500 members across the UK and the elected member for her region on the RCN Professional Nursing Committee. Julie has numerous publications and delivered many presentations.
Alice Shing Yuk TSO DBA, RN earned a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and a Master in Health Care Administration at the University of New South Wales, Australia. She is the Founding Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Nursing (in Education & Research; Nursing & Health Management). She is a Fellow of Australian College of Health Services Management and Hong Kong College of Health Service Executives; a 2021 abstract reviewer of the International Conferences hosted by the International Council of Nursing (ICN); and Member of the Central Committee of the Advance Practice Nursing Network of ICN. Alice established a nursing-led home care business in Hong Kong named "Florence Nightingale Foundation Home Care." Alice has many publications, successful projects and is proficient in several written and spoken languages.
